Dr. Tricia Falgiani has been appointed by State Surgeon General, John Armstrong, MD, FACS, to become a member of the Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) Advisory Committee for a period of two years. The EMSC Advisory Committee, established by Florida law in 1997, advises the Department of Health on matters concerning preventative, pre-hospital, hospital, rehabilitative, and other post medical care for children. Dr. Falgiani will meet with the advisory committee on October 17, 2013.
