How to Apply

  • We accept 14 residents per class.
  • Applications are only accepted through ERAS.
  • Applicants for this program must have an M.D. or a D.O. degree.
  • M.D. candidates must have passed Step I of the USMLE and be scheduled to take Step II.
  • Three letters of reference are required: It is suggested that a minimum of 2 letters be from EM physicians, in the eSLOE format.
  • Complete application materials should be received by the end of October, to remain competitive.
  • Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, upon receiving the complete application.
  • Interviews are offered to qualified applicants based on qualifications, on a first come-first serve basis.
  • Interviews will be scheduled using the Thalamus interview management platform.
  • Interviews will be conducted in October, November, December, and January.
  • Regrettably, not all applicants are offered an interview, as the number of applicants far exceeds the number of available slots.
  • We do not commonly accept applications from International Medical Graduates.
  • The content of any application cannot be discussed by phone or email.
  • Inquiries limited to the status of applications can be sent via email.
