This leader serves as a key liaison with internal and external partners and provides executive oversight of the core clinical mission, guiding the development, implementation, and sustainment of the department’s clinical positions, priorities, and programs. Working closely with the Chair and department medical directors, the Vice Chair ensures alignment across the clinical and academic missions.
