Additional Funding Request Form

• Funding Requests are reviewed by department leadership regularly.
• Funding decisions will be communicated back to the requester’s UFL email address within 15 business days.
• Funding decisions are made on a rolling basis throughout the fiscal year, based on available resources and departmental priorities. Approval in one year does not guarantee future funding, and requests from the same individual may not be awarded in consecutive years.

This request form must be completed and submitted directly by the requestor.
