We are proud to recognize the outstanding achievements of Dr. Meredith Thompson, Interim Vice Chair of Education for UF Emergency Medicine, and Dr. Ashley Dawson, PGY-3 and AY24–25 Chief Resident, who were honored at the 2024 Celebration of Excellence in Medical Education Reception.
Dr. Thompson was inducted into the esteemed Society for Teaching Scholars in recognition of her exemplary leadership, innovation, and dedication to excellence in medical education.
Dr. Dawson received the Outstanding Resident Education Award, acknowledging her exceptional commitment to teaching, mentorship, and inspiring future physicians.
