Thank you for submitting your entry entitled “Purple Toe Presentation” into this year’s Pediatric Section EMages competition.
The Section EMages review committee members independently reviewed and subsequently conferred for a collective ranking of EMage submissions. The cases and images were evaluated based on the criteria previously approved by the ACEP Pediatric Emergency Medicine Section Officers.
I am very pleased to let you know that your entry won first place. Congratulations!
The prize for 1st place is an ACEP gift card valued at $500. It can be used for ACEP books, educational products, and meetings. Additional details on how to redeem and use your gift card will be forthcoming.
In addition to the gift card, your EMage case and images will be displayed at the Pediatric Section meeting and reception at ACEP18 in San Diego. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 2, at 6:30 pm.
Furthermore, your winning entry will be placed on the Section’s microsite.
