Congratulations to Drs. Adarsh Patel and Ideen Zeinali, who have been inducted as members of the Gold Humanism Honor Society. The society’s mission is to recognize individuals who are exemplars of humanistic patient care and who can serve as role models, mentors, and leaders in medicine. This society honors medical students, residents, fellows, role-model physician teachers, and others who demonstrate excellence in humanistic clinical care, leadership, compassion and dedication to service.
“Ideen and Adarsh exemplify the mission of our Department and on behalf of the program directors, we are proud to have them as part of our residency program,” said residency director Dr. Bobby Desai.
Adarsh and Ideen were selected by both their peers and the selection committee to be one of the 20 new inductees into the society out of nearly 800 residents and fellows at the University of Florida.
